Sound healing involves different frequencies of soundwaves to rebalance our system, work through any energy blockages and drop down into a deep state of rest.  Everything vibrates at different levels.  Atoms are always vibrating and each bond between bonds vibrates at a certain frequency.

What is a Soundbath?
A Soundbath is a meditative experience where you are literally bathed in soundwaves. It is a space inviting you to let go of the brain and balance your energy. In general my intention is to create a sense of harmony and for the body to relax thus promoting health and wellbeing.

What do I need to bring?
Comfort is key! Most people like to bring a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket, and some cushions for the head and legs. An eyemask can also help to deepen your experience. In winter my preference is a sleeping bag!

How much is a session?
Group Soundbaths are a recommended £20pp. In order to be able to offer this to all it is just a recommended exchange and anyone is free to just pay an amount they can afford. Single Soundhealing sessions are £55.
